1. Educational Qualification & Work Experience (Cut-off Date: 21.09.2026):
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Kisi bhi manta prapt University se kisi bhi vishay me Bachelor's Degree (Graduation). Candidate ke paas opted state ki local language me proficiency honi aavashyak hai tatha computer working knowledge desirable hai. Is pad ke liye kisi purv anubhav ki aavashyakta nahi hai.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Kisi bhi stream me Graduation Degree. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics ya Accountancy me degree dharakon ko preference di jayegi. Local language proficiency anivarya hai. Freshers aavedan kar sakte hain.
- Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Minimum 50% aggregate marks ke sath Graduation. Sath hi kisi Bank ya Financial Institution me Officer ke roop me kam se kam 2 varsh ka anubhav hona anivarya hai.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager):
- IT Officer: Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT me 50% marks ke sath Degree + 1 Year relevant experience.
- Chartered Accountant (CA): ICAI se Certified Associate + 1 Year work experience as Chartered Accountant.
- Law Officer: Minimum 50% marks ke sath Law (LLB) Degree + Bank/FI me Law Officer ya Advocate ke roop me kam se kam 2 Years experience.
- Treasury Manager: CA ya Finance me MBA + 1 Year relevant field experience.
- Marketing Officer: Marketing me MBA Degree + 1 Year relevant experience.
- Agricultural Officer: Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Veterinary Science me 50% marks ke sath Degree + 2 Years relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Minimum 50% marks ke sath Graduation. Sath hi kisi Bank ya Financial Institution me Officer ke roop me minimum 5 varsh ka anubhav hona anivarya hai.
2. Local Language Proficiency Norms:
Office Assistant aur Officer Scale-I ke liye opted state ki local language padhna, likhna aur bolna aana anivarya hai. Yadi candidate ne 8th standard ya usse upar kisi kaksha me opted state ki local language ek subject ke roop me padhi hai, to use proficient maana jayega. Yadi selection ke samay candidate yeh shart poori nahi karta hai, to use joining ki tithi se 6 mahine ka samay proficiency prapt karne hetu diya jayega.

- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Cadre): 240 Questions, 200 Marks, 150 Minutes duration. Sections: Professional Knowledge (40 Questions, 40 Marks), Reasoning (40 Marks), Financial Awareness (40 Marks), English/Hindi Language (20 Marks), Computer Knowledge (20 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation (40 Marks).
Negative Marking (Penalty for Wrong Answers):
Sabhi objective tests (Prelims, Main aur Single Exam) me pratyek galat uttar par assigned marks ka 1/4th (0.25) deduction kiya jayega. Chhode gaye prashno par koi penalty nahi hogi.
Common Interview & Final Merit Weightage (Officers Cadre):
Main Examination (Scale-I) evam Single Level Examination (Scale-II & III) me qualify karne vaale candidates ko Nodal RRBs dwara aayojit Common Interview ke liye bulaya jayega. Interview kul 100 marks ka hota hai jisme qualifying marks General/EWS ke liye 40% tatha SC/ST/OBC/PwBD ke liye 35% nirdharit hain. Final selection merit list taiyar karne me Online Written Exam aur Interview ka anupaat 80:20 nirdharit hai. Office Assistant post ke liye koi interview aayojit nahi hota; unka antim aavantan keval Main Exam marks ke aadhar par hota hai.
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Starting basic pay lagbhag ₹19,900/- per month hota hai. Monthly starting gross in-hand salary bhato sahit lagbhag ₹32,000/- se ₹36,000/- banti hai.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Basic pay ₹36,000/- in pay scale ₹36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840. Starting gross monthly emoluments lagbhag ₹54,000/- se ₹60,000/- banti hai.
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Basic pay ₹48,170/- per month. Starting gross monthly salary lagbhag ₹68,000/- se ₹75,000/- banti hai.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Basic pay ₹63,840/- per month. Starting gross salary bhato sahit lagbhag ₹85,000/- se ₹95,000/- banti hai.
- Allowances & Perks: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Special Allowance, Medical Aid, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), aur New Pension Scheme (NPS) labh shamil hain.

- New Registration: "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" par click karke basic details (Naam, Mobile Number, Email ID) enter karein tatha system dwara generated Provisional Registration Number aur Password note karein.
- Upload Scanned Images & Documents:
- Passport Photograph: Recent color photo (20 KB se 50 KB, 200 x 230 pixels, white background). Form bharte samay webcam ya mobile phone dwara Live Photo Capture karna bhi anivarya hai.
