SBI Junior Associate post ke liye 5 saal ki service poori karne se pehle koi Inter Circle Transfer (ICT) ya Inter State Transfer ka pravdhan nahi hai. 5 saal ki niyamit seva poori karne ke baad keval vishisht mamlon me (Extreme Compassionate Ground / Spouse Ground) hi bank ke discretion par transfer par vichar kiya ja sakta hai. Isliye candidate apna State/Circle savdhani se chunein.

Horizontal Reservation for Special Categories:
- Ex-Servicemen (XS / DXS): Total vacancies ka 14.5% (10% Ex-Servicemen ke liye + 4.5% Disabled Ex-Servicemen aur dependents of servicemen killed in action ke liye) reserved hai.
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Section 34 of RPWD Act 2016 ke tehat 4% horizontal reservation PwBD categories (VI, HI, LD, d&e) ke liye nirdharit hai.
- SBI Trained Apprentices Weightage: Un SBI Trained Apprentices ko (jinka training engagement start date 01.01.2022 ko ya uske baad tha aur 31.08.2026 tak 1 saal ka branch experience poora kar chuke hain) Main Examination me 2.5% bonus marks (5 Marks out of 200) diye jayenge.
1. Essential Academic Qualifications (Cut-off Date: 31.12.2026):
- Graduation Degree: Kisi bhi recognized University se kisi bhi stream me Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) pass hona chahiye.
- Final Year / Semester Students Provision: Jo abhyarthi graduation ke final year / semester me hain, ve bhi provisionally aavedan kar sakte hain. Shart ye hai ki selection hone par unhe 31 December 2026 ko ya usse pehle graduation paas karne ka proof prastut karna hoga.
- Integrated Dual Degree (IDD): IDD degree dharakon ka passing date bhi 31.12.2026 ko ya usse pehle hona chahiye.
- Ex-Servicemen Qualification: Indian Army Special Certificate of Education ya Navy/Air Force equivalent certificate dharak Ex-Servicemen (jinhone Armed Forces me kam se kam 15 saal service ki ho) 31.12.2026 tak eligible hain.

- Candidate ka janm 02 April 1998 se pehle aur 01 April 2006 ke baad nahi hua hona chahiye (dono tithiyaan shamil hain).

- Phase-I: Online Preliminary Examination (100 Marks) — Shortlisting test for Mains exam.
- Phase-II: Online Main Examination (200 Marks) — Final merit ranking stage.

⚠️ Penalty for Wrong Answers (Negative Marking):
Prelims aur Mains dono Objective tests me galat uttar par assigned question marks ka 1/4th (0.25) deduction hoga. Individual subjects ke liye koi minimum sectional cut-off marks nahi hain.
Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT):
Main Examination ke marks ke aadhar par provisionally selected candidates ko joining se pehle Local Language Test dena hoga. Jin candidates ne 10th ya 12th standard me opted local language ek subject ke roop me padhi hai aur certificate/marksheet prastut karte hain, unhe Language Test se exempt kar diya jayega. Anya sabhi candidates ko language test pass karna anivarya hai, otherwise appointment offer nahi kiya jayega.

- Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- per month (₹24,050/- plus 2 advance increments admissible for newly recruited graduate Junior Associates).
- Allowances Included: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Provident Fund, New Pension Scheme (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC).
- Estimated Starting In-Hand Gross Salary: Metro cities (like Mumbai) me lagbhag ₹46,000/- per month. (Place of posting ke HRA/CCA ke anusar salary me mamuli antar ho sakta hai).
- Probation Period: Newly appointed Junior Associates minimum 6 months probation period par rahenge. Probation confirm hone ke liye bank dwaara prescribed e-lessons complete karna mandatory hai.

- Upload Scanned Photographs, Signature & Declarations:
- Passport Photograph: Recent color photo (20 KB se 50 KB, 200 x 230 pixels, white background). Online form me Live Photo capture bhi compulsory hai.
- Signature: Black Ink Pen se white paper par sign (10 KB se 20 KB, 140 x 60 pixels, Capital letters NOT allowed).
- Left Thumb Impression: Blue/Black ink se white paper par (20 KB se 50 KB, 240 x 240 pixels).
- Handwritten Declaration: White paper par black ink se English me hand-written text scan karein (50 KB se 100 KB, 800 x 400 pixels). Text: "I (Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______ hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine."
