Key Posting Rules & Mandatory Conditions:
- 9-Year Mandatory Service Rule: Chayanit LBOs ko pehle 9 saal ki seva poori karne tak ya SMG Scale-IV par promotion milne tak (jo bhi pehle ho) unke dwaara opt kiye gaye state me hi posting di jayegi.
- State Preference Restriction: Candidate keval ek hi State ke liye apply kar sakta hai. Multiple states me aavedan karne par aavedan radd kar diya jayega. Final merit list state-wise aur category-wise banayi jayegi.
- Prior Experience Seniority Rule: Pehle kiye gaye banking work experience se PNB me service seniority me koi labh nahi milega.
Cut-off dates ke anusar candidate ke paas nirdharit qualification, work experience, aur age limit hona compulsory hai:
1. Educational Qualification (Cut-off Date: 09.08.2026):
- Graduation Degree: Government of India dwara recognized kisi bhi University / Institution se kisi bhi discipline me Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) pass hona anivarya hai.
- Result Declaration Date: Graduation ka result 09 August 2026 ko ya usse pehle declare ho chuka hona chahiye. Online registration me marks percentage accurate calculate karke bharna hoga.
2. Mandatory Work Experience (Cut-off Date: 09.08.2026):
- Banking Experience: RBI Act, 1934 ki Second Schedule me listed kisi bhi Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB) ya Regional Rural Bank (RRB) me Clerical / Officer Cadre me kam se kam 1 Year Post-Qualification Work Experience hona compulsory hai.
- Advance Increment Rule for Officers: Scheduled Commercial Banks me Officer ke roop me kaam kar chuke candidates ko 1 completed year of service par 1 advance increment milega (Maximum 2 advance increments allowed), basarte unka job profile PNB Scale-I Generalist Officer ke similar ho. SCB subsidiaries ke Officer candidates ko maximum 1 advance increment diya jayega.
- Experience Proof: Candidate ko employer dwara certified prescribed Experience Certificate format upload karna hoga.
3. Local Language Proficiency Requirements:
Candidate jis State ke liye apply kar raha hai, us state ki specified local language me proficient (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) hona zaroori hai. Selection process me external agency dwara Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) liya jayega. 10th ya 12th standard me local language padhne vaale candidates ko LLPT se exemption mil jayegi.
4. Age Limit & Cut-off Date (As on 01.07.2026):
