1. Educational Qualifications (As on 21.08.2026):

  • Graduation Degree: Central / State Government dwara recognized kisi bhi University / Institution se kisi bhi stream me Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) pass hona aavashyak hai.
  • Result Declaration Date: Graduation ka final result 21 August 2026 ko ya usse pehle declare ho chuka hona chahiye. Online registration me marks percentage darj karna compulsory hai.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer system par kaam karne aur operating knowledge ka certificate/diploma/degree hona chahiye ya phir High School/College me Computer/IT ek subject ke roop me padha hona chahiye.
  • Local Language Requirement: Candidate jis State/UT ke liye apply kar raha hai, wahan ki specified local language me proficient (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Understanding) hona zaroori hai.

2. Age Limit & Cut-off Date (As on 01.08.2026):

Candidates ki age limits 01 August 2026 ko base maan kar calculate ki jayegi:

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years
  • Candidate ka janm 02.08.1998 se pehle aur 01.08.2006 ke baad nahi hua hona chahiye (dono tithiyaan shamil hain).

IBPS Customer Service Associate (CSA) selection process me teen mukhya charan shamil hain:

  1. Phase 1: Online Preliminary Examination (Objective Test) — Screening test for Mains shortlist.
  2. Phase 2: Online Main Examination (Objective Test) — Final merit ranking stage.
  3. Phase 3: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) — Qualifying test before allotment/joining.

⚠️ Penalty for Wrong Answers (Negative Marking):

Prelims aur Mains dono online examinations me har galat uttar par assigned question marks ka 1/4th (0.25) deduction hoga. Ananswered questions par koi penalty nahi kategi.

Phase 3: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT):

Mains exam clear karne ke baad provisional allotment milne par candidate ko allotted bank dwara aayojit Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) me appear hona hoga. Agar candidate ne 10th ya usse higher level par opted local language padhi hai aur marksheet produce karta hai, to use test se exemption mil jayegi.

  • Starting Basic Pay: ₹24,050/- per month (+ 2 advance increments for Graduates)
  • Allowances Included: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Special Allowance, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, LFC.
  • Estimated Starting In-Hand Gross Salary: Metro cities me lagbhag ₹35,000/- se ₹40,000/- per month.

  2. Homepage par "CRP CSA" section open karke "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)" link par click karein.
  3. Click Here for New Registration: Name, Mobile Number, aur Email ID darj karke provisional Registration Number aur Password generate karein.
  4. Upload Documents & Capture Live Photo:
    • Passport Photograph: 20 KB se 50 KB (200 x 230 pixels, white background). Registration me Live Photo capture bhi compulsory hai.
    • Signature: Black Ink pen se white paper par sign (10 KB se 20 KB, Capital letters NOT allowed).
    • Left Thumb Impression: Black/Blue ink se (20 KB se 50 KB).
    • Handwritten Declaration: English me white paper par black ink se hand-written text scan karein (50 KB se 100 KB). Text: "I (Name of candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
    • 10th / Matriculation Certificate: PDF format me upload karein (Up to 500 KB).
  5. Fill Personal & Qualification Details: State choice, Bank preferences, marks percentage, aur category details bharein.
  6. Preview & Complete Registration: Complete Registration par click karne se pehle "Save and Next" karke details cross-check karein.
  7. Make Online Payment: Online payment gateway se application fee pay karein.
