Cut-off date 01 August 2026 tak candidates ke paas nirdharit qualification, mandatory banking experience, aur age limit hona anivarya hai:
1. Mandatory Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation Degree: Government of India / AICTE dwara recognized kisi bhi University / Institution se kisi bhi discipline me Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) pass hona aavashyak hai.
- Preferred Certifications: IC-38 (Insurance Institute of India), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors), NISM Series XIII (Common Derivatives Certification).
2. Mandatory Post-Qualification Work Experience:
- Scheduled Commercial Bank Experience: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act, 1934 ki Second Schedule me listed kisi bhi Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB) me Officer Cadre me kam se kam 1 Year ka post-qualification experience hona mandatory hai.
- Experience Exclusions: Clerical cadre ka experience count nahi hoga. Kisi bhi sanstha me 6 mahine se kam ka experience count nahi hoga (jab tak ki vah vartamaan naukri ka hissa na ho).
- BOB Ex-Employees Exclusion: Bank of Baroda ke ve vartamaan karmachari (officer ya contract) ya pichle 3 saalo me officer pad se resign/exit kar chuke karmachari aavedan ke paatr nahi hain.
3. Local Language Proficiency:
Candidate jis State ke liye aavedan kar raha hai, vahan ki local language me proficient (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Understanding) hona anivarya hai. 10th ya 12th me local language padhne vaale candidates ko Language Test se chhoot milegi; anyatha Interview se pehle LPT pass karna hoga.

- Stage 1: Online Examination (120 Questions - 120 Marks) — Objective Test.
- Stage 2: Language Proficiency Test (LPT) — Qualifying in nature for candidates who did not study local language in 10th/12th.
- Stage 3: Psychometric Test & Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI) — Final evaluation stage. Minimum qualifying marks GD/PI me General ke liye 60% aur Reserved categories ke liye 55% honge.
